Terms and Conditions

Wide Load NZ

To utilise our website and services you have agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Wide Load NZ.


1a. All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) exclusive of GST. We reserve the right to amend our prices at anytime.
1b. All prices listed are only applicable for delivery within New Zealand.
1c. All prices listed are calculated as ‘freight free’ to any destination within New Zealand.
1d. Standard delivery time is 2-4 days from receipt of payment via courier.
1e. For any international transaction freight will be an additional charge to the price listed. This will be calculated based on NZ Post rates at the time.


2a. We have endeavoured to describe as accurately as possible all style descriptions and images. In the event that an error has been made we will rectify this mistake as soon as we have been made aware of it.
2b. We reserve the right to delete, add or modify any listing at anytime.


3a. When ordering we will require personal information in order to complete a successful transaction. This information will include: full name, physical delivery address, telephone contact and credit card details.​
3b. Whilst all transactions are undertaken on a secure network we are not liable for any misuse due to transmission errors, malware or the like. We do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information, which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner. 


4a. Product ownership is passed to the purchaser only when the listed amount has been paid in full.
4b. Our payment terms are same day before goods are processed for delivery.

Cancellation of Order

5a. In the unforeseen event where we have run out of stock, incorrectly described, priced or detailed the wrong image, we reserve the right to cancel the order due to error. In the event that your credit card has been charged we will issue a refund immediately for the total amount.


6a. In the event that a product return is required please contact Wide Load NZ returns team via: sales@wideload.co.nz . Please clearly state the reason for the return such as wrong size, faulty item etc. To assist the returns process please advise the invoice number that the good were originally purchased on. Once we have received this information we will assess the nature of the return and contact you to arrange the best solution for you.​
6b. Wrong Size / Swap: If you wish to return an item for another please note that the responsibility and cost for returning the item is with you the purchaser. Wide Load NZ is not liable for any wrong size/swap freight charges.
6c. If goods are returned in the case of wrong size or swap. They must do so in the original resalable state. Any signs of external wear nullify any right of return. It can be suggested to try footwear on carpeted surfaces to ensure the fit is correct.
6d. Product Fault: The Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis of Wide Load NZ’s Warranty policy. The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Wide Load NZ. In the event that goods sold are not fit for purpose, or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
6e. Wide Load NZ’s products have a minimum 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident or wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy.

Limitation of Liability

7a. To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again.
7b. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from services and/or product/s we have supplied.


8a. By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website. 


9a. These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in New Zealand and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.
9b. If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
